When will I receive my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us containing the Track & Trace code. The delivery time to the UK is typically 4-5 working days.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs to the UK are GBP 4.95. We will send your package with PostNL, and they will transfer it to Royal Mail.

 

What are the delivery times?

Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be shipped the same day. The delivery time to the UK is usually 4-5 business days.

 

What happens to my order if I am not at home during delivery?

If you are not available to receive your package, the delivery person may attempt delivery again the following day. Alternatively, they may leave your package with a neighbor and leave a "Not-at-home notice."

 

Will I receive a Track & Trace code for my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

During the ordering process, you will have the option to have your products delivered to a different address.

 

What should I do if my order is not fully delivered?

If your shipment is incomplete, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Where can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is located in the Netherlands, so it is not currently possible to collect your order from us. However, if you are in the Netherlands, this is possible.
